Small-group sessions rooted in strength, sensuality, and self-expression — hosted at partner studios around the Olympic Peninsula.

UnderTow Flow

Sensual Floor Flow, rooted in modern dance

A grounded, floor-based movement class blending modern dance technique with sensual, expressive flow. Students explore body isolations, weight shifts, and fluid transitions between the floor and standing — building strength, flexibility, and a deeper sense of ease in their own movement. No pole, no rig — just bodies, breath, and floor space.

Format note: no special equipment required beyond mats; works in any open studio floor.

Aerial Reverie

Beginner to Intermediate Aerial Sling & Aerial Hoop

An aerial foundations class introducing students to sling (hammock) and hoop (lyra) work — climbs, wraps, poses, and simple transitions, built progressively for beginner and intermediate students alike. Taught with a strong safety-first approach, drawing on years of professional aerial instruction and performance experience.

Format note: requires rigging points with adequate ceiling height and load rating; equipment and safety mats provided.

Siren's Tease

Creative Burlesque

A playful, expressive class exploring the art of burlesque — character, tease, reveal, and stage presence — built for total beginners as well as performers looking to develop original material. Equal parts choreography and self-discovery, this class emphasizes personal style over any single "correct" way to move.

Format note: standard studio floor, occasional special equipment; costume/prop elements optional and instructor-provided for class use.

Infinite Spiral

Beginner to Intermediate Pole Dance Exploration

An introduction to pole as both an athletic practice and a form of self-expression. Students build strength, control, and confidence through foundational spins, holds, and transitions, in a small-group setting designed for real feedback and real progress. Sessions are capped in size to keep instruction hands-on and safety front and center.

Format note: runs in small groups of 6–10, using portable pole apparatus that sets up in a standard studio space.

Classes are offered in small groups to keep instruction personal and pacing accessible for every level — but that's just the starting point. Larger group sessions, more advanced-level classes, and private one-on-one lessons can all be curated on request, tailored to what a studio's community or an individual student is looking for.
